
Mapped network drives show a red X when you open File Explorer.As FortiClient is designed to connect you to the USJ network from the outside, it is not required and will not work while on a USJ campus.FortiClient does not work while on campus.Check for a connection by navigating to any website in a browser (eg. Once the install completes, you will need to reboot your PC to complete the configuration

If you are unable to locate FortiClient on your laptop you will need to install it.
